These terms govern your use of the ProfilePro Academy website and your enrollment in any ProfilePro Academy course. By enrolling, you agree to the terms below.

Enrollment

• Enrollment is confirmed once payment is received through our payment partner, Paystack
• You are responsible for providing accurate information on the enrollment form
• Course access and class group invites are shared after payment is confirmed

Classes and Attendance

• Live classes hold on the schedule shared with your class group, at your chosen weekday or weekend session
• Recordings are shared with enrolled students so missed sessions can be caught up on
• Certificates are issued on completion of the required assignments and projects for your course

Intellectual Property

Course materials, slides, recordings and resources are the property of ProfilePro Academy and are provided for your personal learning use only. They may not be resold, redistributed or shared outside your cohort without written permission.

Code of Conduct

Students are expected to engage respectfully with facilitators and fellow students. ProfilePro Academy reserves the right to remove any student from a class or community space for conduct that disrupts the learning environment.

Changes to Courses

We may occasionally adjust class schedules, facilitators or course content to improve the learning experience. Where a change materially affects an enrolled student, we will communicate it in advance.

Limitation of Liability

ProfilePro Academy provides training and career support in good faith but does not guarantee specific employment or income outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant course.
