Student Policy
Last updated: August 2026
This policy outlines what is expected of every ProfilePro Academy student, and what you can expect from us.
Attendance
- Join live classes on your selected weekday or weekend schedule wherever possible
- Catch up on any missed session using the shared class recording
- Let your facilitator know in advance if you expect to miss a class
Assignments and Projects
- Complete assignments and projects by the dates shared in your class group
- Do your own work, group projects should reflect genuine collaboration, not one person carrying the group
- Certificates are issued once your course's required work is complete
Code of Conduct
- Treat facilitators and fellow students with respect, in class and in The Bridge community
- No harassment, discrimination or disruptive behaviour will be tolerated
- Keep shared course materials within your cohort, they are not for resale or redistribution
The Bridge Community
Every student gets access to The Bridge, our WhatsApp career community. Please keep discussions respectful and on topic, share opportunities generously, and avoid spam or unrelated promotions.
Consequences
Breaches of this policy may result in a warning, temporary suspension from class or community spaces, or removal from the programme in serious cases, at ProfilePro Academy's discretion.
